Remove your Heart Wall to live your best life.

Have you ever felt like something is holding you back from creating your desires and loving your life? It just might be that you have emotional blockages (trapped energies) that are stored around your heart. There is something called a heart wall, a protective barrier your subconscious mind creates in order to protect you and keep you from experiencing emotional pain. In this article, we speak to what a heart wall is and how easily you can release it to start living a happier, healthier, joyful life.

What is a Heart Wall?

A Heart-Wall™ is a subconscious defense mechanism that is formed from the energy of trapped emotions that your mind creates in order to protect you from any emotional pain. These emotions are then stored in the body around your heart. Seems like a good idea, and actually does have a purpose, but these trapped emotions can cause physical and emotional symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, and physical pain. This protective wall can also stop you from having positive emotions like joy and love. It can keep you from connecting with other people and make you feel lonely. By knowing about this Wall around your heart and releasing it you can begin to lead a happier, healthier, fun filled life.

How Does a Heart Wall Form?

It forms when your mind perceives emotional pain or trauma that it cannot process or release. The subconscious mind then begins creating a protective barrier around your heart to prevent you from experiencing more pain. Some of the ways in which this wall is created are from experiences like when people go through a separation, a breakup, abuse, a loved one’s passing and other forms of trauma. The Subconscious mind then develops this heart wall in an attempt to protect you.

The Heart Wall, a protective barrier around the heartAs time goes on, these trapped emotions build up and create this wall which is meant to protect you. And although that protection was needed at the time, it will begin to also block out the good things in the future that want to come in. This is why it’s important to identify and release these trapped emotions. Almost everyone has developed a Heart-Wall at some point in time.

Before learning about the Emotion Code and the Body Code I didn’t even know there could be this wall protecting the heart. It can be difficult to identify if you have a heart wall since these trapped emotions can be buried deep within your subconscious. But with muscle testing and connecting to the subconscious mind we are able to simply ask questions and get answers.

However, there are signs that can indicate the existence of a this protective wall. These can include difficulty forming close relationships, feeling disconnected from people, feeling like you’re in a rut, stuck or stagnant in life, and experiencing illness or chronic physical pain with no clear medical cause. If you have any of these symptoms or something similar, it may be worth finding out if you have a heart wall and then seek help in releasing it.

The Negative Effects of a Heart Wall

Heart walls block the heart’s energy from flowing through the body. This makes it more difficult for the body to heal itself. It can create problems in your emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. It can create imbalances in your mind, body and spirit. It can block you from connecting with your heart’s spiritual core and accessing your inner source of wisdom, power, and guidance that is always available from your Higher Self.

Trapped emotions can also bring on anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. They can manifest physical symptoms like fatigue, chronic pain, and digestive issues. Having a heart wall can also prevent you from forming meaningful connections with others, leading to feelings of loneliness and isolation. Releasing your heart wall can bring about positive experiences, improved physical health, more emotional freedom, and meaningful relationships.

Loneliness and depression are two of the side effects of a Heart Wall

5 signs that you may have a Heart-Wall:

  1. Inability to give or receive love: Having this protective wall might make it difficult to give and/or receive love. The emotional baggage keeps us trapped. Although the heart-wall protects us from pain, it can also prevent you from living a full life and experiencing all that life has to offer. This doesn’t just impact you, but can impact your relationships negatively as well.
  2. Unable to connect with others: Have you ever been surrounded by people but unable to connect with any or all of them? That’s a sign of a heart-wall. Since we are subconsciously avoiding a deep and fulfilling life, we avoid deep connections with people in an attempt to protect our hearts.
  3. Depression, anxiety or feeling numb emotionally: Since the heart-wall prevents us from feeling emotions deeply, it creates an emotional numbness. Since the heart is imbalanced, this affects the signals that reach the brain, thus creating symptoms of depression.
  4. Pain around the neck, chest and shoulders: Since trapped emotions and the emotional baggage affects us physically as well, having a heart-wall can create physical discomfort around our shoulders and chest, this also affects the function of our heart and lungs.
  5. Unable to attract love or deeper friendships: As having a heart-wall can make us feel closed off to love, this impacts our ability to manifest relationships or experience deeper connection with our existing relationships.

How to Release Your Heart Wall

Once you have discovered that you have a heart wall you can begin identifying and processing the trapped emotions that have created it. This can be done through energy healing. The most effective method is the Emotion Code, which utilizes muscle testing to identify each trapped emotion and then release them one by one.

The Emotion Code Practitioner will connect to your subconscious mind with your permission and muscle test to find the trapped emotion. Sometimes your subconscious will want to bring up information about when and how the emotion became trapped and where it is located in your body, but then many times it doesn’t. It will bring up as much information that it wants you to be consciously aware of before it can be released.

More Joy and Love after releasing your Heart Wall

At the start of my sessions, I like to call in a higher power, God, Guides and Angels to work through me to bring about the healing. Then after making the connection to your subconscious mind and muscle testing to determine the emotions, I simply use a magnet along my Governing Meridian to release the energy from your body. It really is quite simple. And the results are amazing.

Working with a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner or even learning the technique yourself, you can start to release your heart wall and bring about more emotional freedom and improved well-being. As the Heart-Wall is removed over time, the body begins to heal. Some feel the changes immediately. For others, the change is more subtle and takes place over time.

In conclusion…

There are so many benefits from releasing your Heart Wall. There are so many success stories about finding true love, creating prosperity from breaking free of financial blocks, finding more joy, more peace, having harmony in relationships, becoming more creative, more intuitive, and so much more. There have been so many reports of being able to ‘feel’ again, once the heart wall has been released. Removing this wall of protection around the heart has helped people to live a deeper more fulfilling and joyful life.

I highly recommend you give yourself the gift of removing your Heart Wall ❤️
