How to move out of emotional upset

Keep it simple, keep it LIGHT

These are the steps I take to move myself out of emotional upset and into the higher vibration of what I prefer to create for myself.

1.  Declare with conviction that you will not stay down. You will not let this lower emotion take over and make you miserable.

2. Surrender the problem to Spirit, call in support. Surrender is so simple yet so hard to do at times, but it always works!

3. Decide what you prefer and start building the energy to support it.

4. Spend time each day connecting to the desire, receive insight and take inspired action.

5. Recognize that all is created from the energy we hold, we truly get what we think and especially, what we FEEL. When you fall down, you just get right back up. Rinse and repeat…
